In a sheet-fed offset printing machine for printing and perfecting an impression cylinder of multiple diameter which, on the outer cylindrical surface thereof, is provided with packings for carrying a sheet on the side already printed on is equipped, at least in the region of a sheet-supporting surface, with a foil which is adapted to and compensates for the inequalities of said impression cylinder, said foil having a textured surface for holding the sheets and being replaceably secured on the outer cylindrical surface of the impression cylinder.
