In accordance with the present invention, there are provided ashless heavy duty diesel crankcase lubricating oil compositions which comprise an oil of lubricating viscosity as the major component and (A) at least 2 wt.% of at least one high molecular weight ashless dispersant, (B) an antioxidant effective amount of at least one oil soluble antioxidant material, and (C) a corrosion inhibiting effective amount of at least one organo-sulfur azole or azoline compound, wherein the lubricating oil is characterized by a total sulfated ash (SASH) level of less than 0.01 wt.%.

La présente invention porte sur des compositions d'huile lubrifiante sans cendres, de type service sévère, pour moteur diesel; elles renferment comme principal constituant une huile lubrifiante, (A) au moins 2 % en poids d'au moins un dispersant sans cendres, de masse moléculaire élevée, (B) une quantité efficace d'antioxydant, constituée d'au moins une matière antioxydante soluble dans l'huile, (C) une quantité efficace anticorrosion d'au moins un composé de type azole ou azoline organosulfurés; l'huile lubrifiante est caractérisée par une teneur totale en cendres sulfatées (SASH) de moins de 0,01 % en poids.
