The present invention consists in a tray assembly for use as a baking tray, said tray assembly including: a base tray (1) having a generally planar base; a cooling tray (9) having a generally planar surface for receiving at least one article to be baked, the generally planar surface having a plurality of apertures (10) and being adapted to seat on the generally planar base; and elevation means (4) disposed between the base and the cooling trays for sliding between a first position wherein the cooling tray is seated on the base and a second position wherein the cooling tray is lifted a predetermined distance from the base to allow air circulation through the apertures to cool the or each article.
La présente invention concerne un ensemble de plateaux prévu pour être utilisé comme plateaux de cuisson. Ledit ensemble de plateaux comprend: un plateau de base (1) comportant généralement une base plane et un plateau de refroidissement (9) présentant généralement une surface plane pour recevoir au moins l'article à cuire. Plusieurs ouvertures (10) sont ménagées dans cette surface plane et ledit plateau de refroidissement est adapté pour venir reposer sur la base plane. Enfin, cet ensemble comprend des moyens de levage (4) placés entre les plateaux de base et de refroidissement pour coulisser entre une première position dans laquelle le plateau de refroidissement vient reposer sur la base et une deuxième position dans laquelle le plateau de refroidissement est soulevé sur une distance prédéterminée de la base pour laisser l'air circuler par les ouvertures pour refroidir l'article.
