The closure and hinge system is applicable between the lid (2) and the relevant waste-containing case (1), the lid (2) being provided with a pair of wings (2) having a slotted window (4) to be mounted on a transverse bolt (5) being the articulation and hinge element for the lid (2) proper, which has a perimetric skirt (12) having flanges (121) with heels (15) which upon the definitive closure are housed and locked in windows (10) provided in a perimetric wing (9) of the case (1). The bolt (5) may be positioned in a deep area (17) of the window (4), allowing the lid (2) to be opened and closed (2) as many times as desired, or in an outermost position being the area (18), in which the lid (2) is definitively closed upon the heels (15) being locked in the windows (10). Although the system is designed to achieve an inviolable closure of the case, an accessory implement allows it to be opened, to eventually inspect its contents.
Le système de fermeture et charnière s'applique entre le couvercle (2) et le conteneur correspondant (1) qui contient les matières résiduelles, le couvercle (2) étant doté d'une paire d'ailettes (3) avec fenêtre (4) de montage sur un boulon transversal (5) en tant qu'élément d'articulation et de rotation pour le couvercle lui-même, celui-ci ayant une jupe périmétrique (12) où se trouvent des rebords (12') avec talons (15) lesquels, lors de la fermeture définitive, viennent se loger et s'enclaver dans des fenêtres (10) d'une aile périmétrique (9) du conteneur (1). Le boulon (5) peut se positionner dans une zone profonde (17) de la fenêtre (4), ce qui permet l'ouverture et la fermeture du couvercle (2) autant de fois qu'on le désire, ou bien il peut se situer dans une position plus extrême qui correspond à la zone (18), où le couvercle (2) reste fermé définitivement par enclavement des talons (15) dans les fenêtres (10). Bien que le système soit prévu pour obtenir une fermeture inviolable du conteneur, un outil complémentaire spécifique permet son ouverture pour une éventuelle inspection du contenu.
