A multi layer compression bandage comprises an inner wound facing layer (11), comprising a knit of viscose fibre yarns including bacteriostatic yarns con-taining a silver-based bactericide; an intermediate layer (12), which provides a spacer layer, substantially as described in WO 95/16416 and including auxetic materials, and an outer layer (13) of viscose and/or cotton yarns, having an outer cohesive coating (14) of an adhesive.

L'invention concerne un bandage de compression multicouche qui comprend une couche intérieure (11) tournée vers la lésion, laquelle couche comprend un tricot de fils de fibres de viscose contenant des fils bactériostatiques qui contiennent un bactéricide à base d'argent ; une couche intermédiaire (12) qui forme une couche d'écartement, essentiellement de la manière décrite dans le document WO 95/16416 et contenant des matériaux auxétiques ; et une couche extérieure (13) en fils de viscose et/ou de coton dotée d'un revêtement cohésif externe (14) d'adhésif.
