A supporting structure (2) for a ligating band dispensing device adapted to be coupled to a distal end of an endoscope (6), comprises a rigid substantially cylindrical transparent outer support surface (30) adapted to receive a plurality of ligating bands (4) thereon. The support surface includes a distal portion extending from a distal end (14) thereof proximally to a distal most ligating band receiving area. A channel (3) extends axially through the support surface from the distal end to a proximal end thereof. An abutting surface is formed along at least a portion of a circumference of the channel to define a distal most point of penetration of an endoscope received therein. A gripping surface extending around at least a portion of a circumference of the proximal end of the channel is sized so that when an endoscope extends into to proximal end of the channel the gripping surface frictionally couples the support surface to the endoscope.
L'invention concerne une structure support (2) pour dispositif de distribution de fils de ligature, conçue pour être couplée à l'extrémité distale d'un endoscope (6), et présentant une surface support extérieure (30), qui est transparente, rigide, sensiblement cylindrique et destinée à recevoir plusieurs fils de ligature (4). Cette surface support comprend une partie distale, s'étendant de manière proximale de l'une de ses extrémités distales (14) à la zone de réception des fils de ligature la plus distale. Un passage (3) s'étend axialement à travers cette surface support, de l'extrémité distale à l'extrémité proximale de celle-ci. Une surface adjacente est formée le long d'au moins une partie de la circonférence de ce passage, définissant ainsi le point de pénétration le plus distal pour un endoscope destiné à être introduit dans ce passage.
