The invention relates to novel, improved double metal cyanide (DMC) catalysts for the preparation of polyetherpolyols by the polyaddition of alkylene oxides onto starter compounds containing active hydrogen atoms, the catalyst containing a double metal cyanide compound, an organic complexing ligand and 2 - 80 wt.% of a polycarbonate, based on the amount of catalyst. The novel, improved catalysts have markedly shortened induction times and simultaneously a greatly increased activity in the preparation of polyetherpolyols.
L'invention concerne de nouveaux catalyseurs au cyanure composite améliorés pour la production de polyols de polyéther par polyaddition d'oxydes d'alkylène sur des composés initiateurs possédant des atomes actifs d'hydrogène. Le catalyseur renferme un composé de cyanure composite, un ligand de complexe organique et 2-80 % en poids, par rapport à la quantité du catalyseur, d'un polycarbonate. Ces nouveaux catalyseurs améliorés présentent des périodes d'induction notablement réduites et simultanément une activité considérablement accrue pour la production de polyols de polyéther.
