An electric motor has a stator and a roto. The stator (1) comprises an annular armature (5) having a plurality of poles (7) evenly spaced about the inner circumferential surface of the armature (5) and directed towards a central longitudinal axis defined by the rotor shaft. A pair of firing/accumulator circuits (14,16) are connected in common and in series with respective sets of coils wound about the stator poles. The circuits are switched into and out of contact with their respective coil sets according to the position of the rotor with respect to the stator via position sensing elements which operate switches in the accumulator circuits. In an alternative embodiment firing and accumulation is effected using commutators and electrolytic capacitors (ECP, ECN). The motor is adapted to retrieve breakdown energy of the magnetic fields to realise a more efficient motor.
L'invention concerne un moteur électrique pourvu d'un stator et d'un rotor. Ce stator (1) comprend une armature annulaire (5) pourvue d'une pluralité de pôles (7) disposés de manière équidistantes sur la surface périphérique de l'armature (5) et dirigés vers un axe longitudinal central défini par l'arbre rotor. Une paire de circuits d'allumage/accumulateurs (14,16) sont branchés en commun et en série avec des ensembles respectifs de bobines enroulées autour des pôles de stator. Ces circuits sont mis en et hors contact avec leurs ensembles respectifs de bobines conformément à la position du rotor par rapport au stator via des éléments capteurs de position qui effectuent des commutations dans les circuits accumulateurs. Dans une variante, l'allumage et l'accumulation se font au moyen d'interrupteurs et de condensateurs électrolytiques (EC¿P?, EC¿N?). Le moteur est conçu pour récupérer l'énergie de claquage des champs magnétiques afin de devenir plus efficace.
