A foldable tote box is formed by a one-piece corrugated board, especially corrugated plastic, including a rectangular bottom panel (2), a pair of sidewall panels (1) and a pair of endwall panels (7, 8). Each sidewall panel (1) has a pair of filler beam panels (4-6) forming a hollow support beam. Each endwall panel includes a wall section (8) and a flap section (7) on which a pair of locking insert tabs (66) are formed to be engaged with a pair of holding tabs (77) on the filler beam panels (4-6). The locking insert tabs and holding tabs are formed by cutting lines. The locking insert tabs (66) are longer and narrower than the holding tab (77) allowing insertion of the locking insert tabs (66) as the holding tabs (77) are pressed away from the filler beam panel (4- 6), and, upon release, the holding tabs (66) can hold and lock the locking insert tabs (66).
Ce bac de manutention pliable est formé d'un ondulé monobloc, notamment un ondulé plastique comprenant un panneau de fond rectangulaire (2), une paire de panneaux de paroi latéral (1) et une paire de panneaux de paroi d'extrémité (7, 8). Chaque panneau de paroi latéral (1) comprend deux panneaux charnière de pliage (4, 6) réunis à leurs extrémités (34) pour former un pan support creux. Ainsi, une fois relâchées, les languettes de retenue (77) retiennent et verrouillent les languettes de verrouillage mâles (66).
