Gas burner provided with a plurality of concentric circular flame crowns, with a burner body apt to be mounted on the surface of a cooking plate, a burner body apt to be mounted on the surface of a cooking plate and provided with a first cham-ber for the diffusion of the air/gas mixture, and whose top is closed by a first cover, a second outer annular burner surrounding said central burner, a first gas inlet in communication with said body, a first gas injector able of injecting a gas flow into a respec-tive Venturi pipe to said first central burner, a second gas inlet in communication with said body, wherein said second annular burner is provided with two separate diffusion chambers, and whose top is closed by a second cover, wherein said second gas inlet is in communication with said two separate chambers which are not in communication to each other, two distinct injectors con-nected with said second gas inlet and placed on the same end position of said second gas inlet, two respective horizontally orient-ed Venturi pipes, each of which being able of supplying with an air/gas mixture a respective of said two diffusion chambers; said first gas injector and the respective Venturi pipe for the central burner are horizontally oriented, and preferably they are positioned between the two Venturi pipes dedicated to said two diffusion chambers. Said two horizontally oriented Venturi pipes for the out-er annular burner and the relevant gas injectors are angled to each other, and this angle is over 70°. Preferably the Venturi pipes for the annular burner admit into respective curved chambers provided with respective vertical gas passages, extended for the whole length of said curved chamber, connecting them to respective diffusion chambers.
L'invention concerne un brûleur à gaz doté d'une pluralité de couronnes à flamme circulaires concentriques, comprenant un corps de brûleur susceptible d'être monté sur la surface d'une table de cuisson et muni d'une première chambre servant à la diffusion du mélange air / gaz et dont le sommet est fermé par un premier couvercle, un deuxième brûleur annulaire extérieur entourant ledit brûleur central, une première entrée de gaz en communication avec ledit corps, un premier injecteur de gaz capable d'injecter un flux de gaz dans un tube Venturi respectif vers ledit premier brûleur central, une deuxième entrée de gaz en communication avec ledit corps, ledit deuxième brûleur annulaire étant doté de deux chambres de diffusion séparées et son sommet étant fermé par un deuxième couvercle, ladite deuxième entrée de gaz étant en communication avec lesdites deux chambres séparées qui ne communiquent pas entre elles, deux injecteurs distincts reliés à ladite deuxième entrée de gaz et placés sur la même position terminale de ladite deuxième entrée de gaz, deux tubes Venturi respectifs orientés horizontalement, chacun d'eux étant capable d'alimenter en un mélange air / gaz une chambre respective parmi lesdites deux chambres de diffusion; ledit premier injecteur de gaz et le tube Venturi respectif associé au brûleur central étant orientés horizontalement et de préférence positionnés entre les deux tubes Venturi dédiés auxdites deux chambres de diffusion. Lesdits deux tubes Venturi orientés horizontalement destinés au brûleur annulaire extérieur et les injecteurs de gaz associés étant inclinés l'un par rapport à l'autre et l'angle en question étant supérieur à 70°. De préférence, les tubes Venturi destinés au brûleur annulaire débouchent dans des chambres respectives incurvées munies de passages de gaz verticaux respectifs, s'étendant sur toute la longueur desdites chambres incurvées et les reliant aux chambres de diffusion respectives.
