Print paper for ink printing and method for producing and using the same is provided. The ink print paper includes a cationic dispersion polymer including nonionic monomers and cationic monomers. The cationic monomers at least include an effective amount of hydrophobic polymer effectively forms a film layer on a surface of the ink print paper to enhance ink print quality.
