An improved integrated flare stack apparatus for disposing of volatile organic compounds and other gases, vapors and liquids. The flare stack apparatus includes an upright flare stack having a closed lower end and an opposed upper end communicating with the atmosphere. An upright liner is located within the flare stack providing an annular area between the liner and the flare stack. A first toroidal steam cup is supported within the flare stack. A first gas inlet conveys gases, vapors, and liquids from a gas dehydrator still into the flare stack and into the first steam cup. A second toroidal steam cup is supported within the flare stack. A second gas inlet conveys tank gases, vapors, and liquids into the flare stack and into the second steam cup. A burner within the flare stack receives and burns gases, vapors, and liquids.
