There is described an improved dental prosthesis support structure for receiving and supporting a pontic and attaching it intracoronally between a pair of existing teeth, the support structure comprising a matrix for supporting the pontic and two opposed wings each extending laterally on either side of the matrix for engagement within corresponding slots formed in the pair of existing teeth, the support structure being a flat framework of stainless steel.
