Marine paint composition comprising: a first polymer comprising from 20 to 70 wt% of monomer units A of at least one hydrolysable either tin or silicium ester of an olefinically unsaturated carboxylic acid or salt of copper, zinc, calcium of an olefinically unsaturated carboxylic acid, the balance being monomer units C selected from the group consisting of esters of ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acids with C1-C18 alcohols, styrene, alpha-methyl styrene, vinyl toluenes, and mixtures thereof; a second polymer comprising from 5 to 40 wt% of at least one monomer B selected from the group consisting of the N-vinyl lactam monomers of general formula CH2=CH-NR'''''-CO-R', the N- vinyl amides of general formula CH2=CH-N-CO-R'', the monomers of general formula CH2=CR'''-COO-R''''-NR'''''-CO-R', the monomers of general formula CH2=CR'''-COO-R''''-N-CO-R'', 2-pyrrolidone-1-isoprenyl ketone, and mixtures thereof, wherein R' is a n-alkylidene radical having 2 to 8 carbon atoms, -R'' is selected from the group consisting of alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, alkylaryl and arylalkyl radicals having a maximum of 18 carbon atoms, R''' is H or CH3, R'''' is a n-alkylidene radical having from 1 to 8 carbon atoms, R''''' is H or R'', the balance being monomer units C selected from the group consisting of esters of ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acids with C1-C18 alcohols, styrene, alpha-methyl styrene, vinyl toluenes, and mixtures thereof; at least one antifoulant; the ratio of the first polymer comprising monomer units A to the second polymer comprising monomer units B being of from 95:5 to 10:90.
L'invention concerne une composition de peinture marine comprenant : un premier polymère contenant 20 à 70 % en poids de motifs monomère A d'au moins un ester d'étain ou de silicium hydrolysable d'un acide carboxylique oléfiniquement insaturé ou un sel de cuivre, de zinc, de calcium d'un acide carboxylique oléfiniquement insaturé, le reste étant constitué de motifs monomère C sélectionnés dans le groupe contenant des esters d'acides carboxyliques éthyléniquement insaturés ayant des alcools C1-C18, du styrène, du styrène alpha-méthyle, des toluènes vinyliques et leurs mélanges; un deuxième polymère contenant 5 à 40 % en poids d'au moins un monomère B sélectionné dans le groupe composé des monomères lactame de N-vinyle de la formule générale CH2=CH-NR'''''-CO-R', les amides de N-vinyle de la formule générale CH2=CH-N-COR'', les monomères de la formule générale CH2=CR'''-COO-R''''-N-CO-R'', la cétone 2-pyrrolidone-1-isoprényle, et leurs mélanges sachant que R' représente un radical n-alkylidène ayant 2 à 8 atomes de carbone, R'' est choisi dans le groupe contenant les radicaux alkyle, cycloalkyle, aryle, alkylaryle et arylalkyle ayant au maximum 18 atomes de carbone, R''' représente H ou CH3, R'''' représente un radical n-alkylidène ayant 1 à 8 atomes de carbone, R''''' représente H ou R'', le reste étant constitué des motifs monomère C sélectionnés dans le groupe contenant les esters d'acides carboxylique éthyléniquement insaturés avec des alcools C1-C18, du styrène, de l'alpha-méthyle styrène, des toluènes vinyliques et leurs mélanges ; au moins un agent anti-salissures. Le rapport Premier polymère comprenant des motifs monomère A et Deuxième polymère comprenant des motifs monomères B est compris entre 95 :5 et 10 :90.
