The invention concerns an improved method for avoiding the degradation of an active principle. The invention is characterised in that the active principle is incorporated inside multilamellar vesicles with an onion-like structure and consisting, from the periphery towards the centre, concentric membranes in the form of double layers comprising at least a surfactant, said membranes being separated by an interstitial liquid, said vesicles containing at least an agent for avoiding degradation of said active principle. The invention is more particularly applicable to the stabilisation of products sensitive to oxidation, reduction or hydrolysis and to products sensitive to more specific degradation reactions such as enzymes. The invention also concerns compositions containing said multilamellar vesicles and their method of preparation.
L'invention concerne un procédé perfectionné pour éviter la dégradation d'un principe actif. Selon ce procédé, le principe actif se trouve incorporé au sein de vésicules multilamellaires présentant une structure en oignon et constituées, de leur périphérie jusqu'à leur centre, de membranes concentriques sous forme de bicouches comprenant au moins un agent tensioactif, lesdites membranes étant séparées par un liquide interstitiel, lesdites vésicules contenant au moins un agent destiné à éviter la dégradation dudit agent actif. L'invention s'applique tout particulièrement à la stabilisation de produits sensibles à l'oxydation, à la réduction ou à l'hydrolyse ainsi qu'à des produits sensibles à des réactions plus spécifiques de dégradation, tels que les enzymes. L'invention concerne également des compositions contenant ces vésicules multilamellaires ainsi que leur procédé de préparation.
