The present invention relates to a method for producing a one-piece bladed disc, comprising: a step in which an abrasive water jet is used to cut a block of material (100) in such a way as to leave behind blade preforms extending radially from a disc, while keeping material forming bridging means (112) between at least two directly consecutive blade preforms; then a step in which the blade preforms are milled in such a way as to produce semi-finished blades (202) in profile; then a step in which the semi-finished blades (202) are finish-milled in such a way as to produce the blades (2) to the final profile; and then a step in which said bridging means (112) are removed.
La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de fabrication d'un disque aubagé monobloc, comprenant : - une étape de découpe par jet d'eau abrasif d'un bloc de matière (100), réalisée de manière à faire apparaître des préformes d'aubes s' étendant radialement à partir d'un disque, tout en conservant de la matière formant moyens de liaison (112) entre au moins deux préformes d'aubes directement consécutives; puis une étape de fraisage des préformes d'aubes réalisée de manière à obtenir des ébauches d'aubes (202) mises à profil; puis - une étape de finition par fraisage des ébauches d'aubes (202), de manière à obtenir les aubes (2) au profil final; puis - une étape de retrait desdits moyens de liaison (112).
