Laminated structures for use in building construction are fabricated by a manufacturing process such that the lami-nating steps to not require elevated drying temperatures or an extended dwell time at any point. The process employs stock materi-als that simultaneously reduce cost and improve performance. This is accomplished using a specially formulated viscoelastic glue and ambient temperature drying apparatus. As a result, the production capacity of the manufacturing facility, cost of goods, and delivered performance are greatly improved over existing methods.
Selon linvention, des structures stratifiées pour une utilisation dans la construction dimmeubles sont fabriquées par un procédé de fabrication dans lequel les étapes de stratification ne requièrent pas de températures de séchage élevées ni de temps dimprégnation prolongé en un quelconque point. Le procédé utilise des matériaux en stock qui, simultanément, réduisent les coûts et améliorent la performance. Ceci est réalisé grâce à lutilisation dune glu viscoélastique spécialement formulée et dun appareil de séchage à température ambiante. Il en résulte que la capacité de production de linstallation de fabrication, le coût des marchandises et la performance fournie sont fortement améliorés par rapport aux procédés existants.
