The invention relates to a bituminous binder composition comprising: (a) 60 - 99.75 wt.% bitumen; (b) 0.05 - 5.0 wt.% of an elastomer; (c) 0.1 - 30.0 wt.% of a mono-alkyl ester of a vegetate e oil or an animal oil; and (d) 0.1 - 5.0 of an amide additive; based on the total weight of the bituminous binder composition, and a process for preparing the bituminous binder composition. The inventions further relates to the use of the bituminous binder composition in surface dressing, in particular road construction, road renovation, joint filling and sealing purposes.

L'invention concerne une composition de liant bitumineux comprenant: a) 60-99,75 % en poids de bitume, b) 0,05-5,0 % en poids d'élastomère, c) 0,1-30,0 % en poids d'ester de mono-alkyle d'huile végétale ou d'huile animale, et d) 0,1-5,0 d'additif d'amide sur la base du poids total de la composition de liant bitumineux; et un procédé permettant de préparer ladite composition de liant bitumineux. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de cette composition de liant bitumineux dans un enduit superficiel, en particulier, à des fins de construction et de rénovation de routes, de remplissage de joint et d'étanchéification.
