A roll (80) of carrier substrate (20) is passed through a reservoir (9) of liquid PDMS (10). Doctor blade (90) meters-off excess PDMS leaving coating (11). The ePTFE sheet (30) is applied from the ePTFE unwind (31) and idler roller (33) to coating (11) in carrier substrate (20) just prior to the textile fabric (40) being applied from the fabric unwind (41) and idler roller (43). The upper surface (35) of the textile fabric (40) contacts down-line machine parts such as rollers to avoid sticking, and is passed over the support idler (46) and serpentined and ~S-wrapped~ over and under the rollers (70) and passed to the oven (60).
L'invention concerne un nouveau procédé de production d'une feuille continue de réseau polymère interpénétré ("IPN"). L'invention concerne en particulier un procédé amélioré de production de ladite feuille continue, ainsi que de collage de cette dernière sur une couche support, destinée à être utilisée sous forme de différents types de pansements et de produits cicatrisants. Ledit procédé représente plusieurs améliorations par rapport aux techniques précédente, à savoir : a) traitement en un seul passage, b) pas de second revêtement du polymère liquide requis pour agir comme une colle, c) pas de solvants ou autres auxiliaires de traitement requis, d) pas de longueur de four supplémentaire requise pour obtenir le temps de maintien requis, e) une cadence accrue par rapport aux techniques antérieures, et g) le substrat de support (20) ne doit être revêtu qu'à l'aide d'une surface anti-adhésive sur un côté.
