The invention relates to a process for the preparation of an advanced resin by reaction of a compound having on average more than one epoxy group per molecule and a compound having on average one or more than one nucleophile bearing active hydrogen such as aromatic hydroxyl group, carboxyl group or amino group, per molecule, in the presence of a catalyst at elevated temperature, the process comprising (1) mixing the epoxy compound, the aromatic hydroxyl compound or the carboxyl compound and the catalyst, and (2) transferring the mixture, as a feedstream to a surface which is at least intermittently moving with respect to the feedstream. In a preferred embodiment an endless conveyer belt with additional heating means and optional cooling means are used.
L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de préparation d'une résine perfectionnée au cours duquel on met à réagir un composé possédant en moyenne plus d'un groupe époxy par molécule avec un composé possédant en moyenne un ou plus d'un hydrogène actif porteur de nucléophile, par molécule, tel qu'un groupe hydroxyle aromatique, un groupe carboxyle ou un groupe amino, en présence d'un catalyseur à température élevée. Ce procédé consiste à (1) mélanger le composé époxy, le composé hydroxyle aromatique ou le composé carboxyle et le catalyseur, et (2) transférer le mélange se présentant sous forme d'un flux d'amenée vers une surface qui se déplace au moins de façon intermittente par rapport au flux d'amenée. Selon une réalisation préférée, une bande transporteuse sans fin, ainsi qu'un dispositif de chauffage additionnel et un dispositif de refroidissement optionnel sont utilisés.
