Novel synthetic routes, which are highly applicable for industrial preparation of therapeutically beneficial oxidized phospholipids are disclosed. Particularly, novel methods for efficiently preparing compounds having a glycerolic backbone and one or more oxidized moieties attached to the glycerolic backbone, which are devoid of column chromatography are disclosed. Further disclosed are novel methods of introducing phosphorous-containing moieties such as phosphate moieties to compounds having glycerolic backbone and intermediates formed thereby.
L'invention porte sur de nouvelles voies de synthèse, qui sont hautement applicables pour la préparation industrielle de phospholipides oxydés utiles en thérapeutique. En particulier, l'invention porte sur de nouveaux procédés pour préparer efficacement des composés ayant un squelette glycérolique et une ou plusieurs fractions oxydées attachées au squelette glycérolique, qui sont exempts de chromatographie sur colonne. L'invention porte également sur de nouveaux procédés d'introduction de fractions contenant du phosphore telles que des fractions phosphates sur des composés ayant un squelette glycérolique et sur des intermédiaires formés dans ces procédés.
