A secure dispensing system comprising a container (10) arranged to dispense a quantity of a material through a delivery port (40). The system has a locking mechanism to prevent the dispensing of the material and a control device (70) to enable release of the locking mechanism. A key (110) is also provided to allow access to restricted functions of the system. The system will only enable release of the locking mechanism once a user has been authenticated by one or more biometric means of identification. The key (110) may also comprises a biometric means of authentication which must be provided in order to functionalise the key (110).
La présente invention concerne un système distributeur sécuritaire comprenant un récipient (10) disposé pour distribuer une quantité de matériau à travers un port de livraison (40). Le système est muni d~un mécanisme de verrouillage destiné à empêcher la distribution du matériau et d~un dispositif de commande (70) permettant la libération du mécanisme de verrouillage. Une clef (110) est également fournie pour permettre d~accéder à des fonctions restrictives du système. Le système ne permettra de libérer le mécanisme de verrouillage qu~une fois que l~utilisateur aura été authentifié par un ou plusieurs moyens biométriques d~identification. La clef (110) peut également comprendre un moyen biométrique d~authentification devant être fourni afin de faire fonctionner la clef (110).
