An improved structure of belt light includes a plurality of bulb holders and an electric belt. Each of the bulb holders has a base and a bulb socket mounted on the base with the electric belt extending through the base of the bulb holders, characterized in that: the base of each of the bulb holders is integrally formed with the electric belt and each of the bulb sockets has a watertight rim which is made of a resilient insulation material and which is provided along a top circumference thereof so that when a bulb is received within the bulb socket, the lower side of the glass portion of the bulb is in sealing and resilient contact with the water tight rim. The present invention further provides an extension device for the belt light, which includes a conductive pin device, an insulation housing and a retainer. The conductive pin device is disposed in a first channel formed within the insulation housing. When the retainer is electrically connected to the conductive pin device, the catches disposed on opposite sides of the retainer engage and secure to the grooves formed on two opposite sides of the insulation housing to constitute a releasable engagement.
Structure améliorée d'une bande de lumières comportant une série de supports d'ampoule et une bande électrique. Chaque support d'ampoule comprend une base et une douille montée sur la base. La bande électrique passe à travers la base des supports d'ampoule selon certaines caractéristiques : la base de chaque support d'ampoule est formée intégralement avec la bande électrique, et chaque douille comporte un bord étanche fait d'un matériau isolant élastique. Le bord est situé sur la périphérie supérieure de la douille de sorte que lorsqu'une ampoule est insérée dans la douille, le côté inférieur de la partie en verre de l'ampoule est en contact étanche et élastique avec le bord étanche. La présente invention comprend également un boîtier isolant, un dispositif de retenue et un dispositif d'extension pour la bande de lumières, lequel comporte un dispositif à tige conductrice. Le dispositif à tige conductrice est placé dans une première rainure formée dans le boîtier isolant. Une fois le dispositif de retenue relié électriquement au dispositif à tige conductrice, les crochets disposés sur les côtés opposés du dispositif de retenue s'engagent dans les rainures formées sur deux côtés opposés du boîtier isolant et s'y fixent pour constituer un engagement non permanent.
