A thermal debarring machine (1) is described, comprising a press (2) into which a debarring chamber (3) containing the workpieces to be deburred is inserted. The press (2) and the chamber (3) have a horizontal axis and the chamber (3) is extracted from the press (2) with a horizontal movement to unload the deburred workpieces and to load the workpieces to be deburred. The chamber (3) is preferably axially slidable in a chamber holder (4) carried by a support (5) moveable in a horizontal direction, at right angles to the axis of the chamber (3). The machine (1) advantageously comprises two chambers (3) to carry out simultaneously the debarring of the workpieces loaded into the chamber (3) inserted in the press (2) and the unloading/loading of the other chamber (3) positioned outside the press (2). The machine (1) can also comprise a palletised and robotised system (20) for loading/unloading the workpieces from the chamber (3) positioned outside the press (2).
On décrit une machine d'ébarbage thermique (1) comprenant une presse (2) dans laquelle est insérée une chambre d'ébarbage (3) contenant les pièces à ébavurer. La presse (2) et la chambre (3) ont un axe horizontal, et la chambre (3) est retirée de la presse (2) avec un mouvement horizontal pour décharger les pièces ébarbées et charger les pièces à ébavurer. La chambre (3) est de préférence coulissante axialement dans un support de chambre (4) porté par un support (5) pouvant se déplacer dans une direction horizontale, à angle droit par rapport à l'axe de la chambre (3). La machine (1) comporte avantageusement deux chambres (3) à assurer simultanément l'ébarbage des pièces chargées dans la chambre (3) insérée dans la presse (2) et le chargement/déchargement de l'autre chambre (3) située à l'extérieur de la presse (2). La machine (1) peut également comprendre un système robotisé et palettisé (20) pour le chargement/déchargement des pièces de la chambre (3) située à l'extérieur de la presse (2).
