The invention relates to a tuned mass damper (1, 1') for clamping attachment on the outer circumference of a rotating shaft or axle, comprising: an inner part 3 made of substantially yielding material to press against the outer circumference of the shaft or axle, and an outer part (2, 2'), which has at least two segments 2, 2a, 2b, encloses the inner part, and presses thereon while oscillating, and is used as the inertial mass, wherein said tuned mass damper (1, 1') is characterized in that the segments (2, 2a, 2b) are implemented in the peripheral direction on both ends thereof having connection elements (5a, 5b, 5a', 5b', 6a, 6b, 6a', 6b'), which are implemented in one piece therewith, to produce an alternating catch connection.

L'invention concerne un amortisseur de vibrations (1, 1') destiné à être placé de manière serrée sur la périphérie extérieure d'un arbre rotatif ou d'un essieu, et comprenant : une partie intérieure (3) en un matériau essentiellement déformable, destinée à venir se placer contre la périphérie extérieure de l'arbre ou de l'essieu, et une partie extérieure qui présente au moins deux segments (2, 2a, 2b) qui chevauchent la partie intérieure et sont appliqués sur celle-ci de manière oscillante pour servir de masse d'inertie (2, 2'), l'amortisseur de vibrations (1, 1') étant caractérisé en ce que dans la direction périphérique, les deux extrémités des segments (2, 2a, 2b) sont configurées avec des éléments de liaison (5a, 5b, 5a', 5b', 6a, 6b, 6a', 6b') formés d'un seul tenant avec elles, en vue d'établir une liaison encliquetable alternée.
