The invention relates to a method for the production of a Factor VIII polypeptide, the method comprising the steps of a) culturing a mammalian cell expressing a Factor VIII polypeptide under conditions for expression of said Factor VIII polypeptide, said culturing conditions involving a cell culture medium comprising a C2-domain ligand, and b) isolating the expressed Factor VIII polypeptide from the mammalian cell by suitable means.
L'invention porte sur un procédé pour la production d'un polypeptide du Facteur VIII, le procédé consistant a) à mettre en culture une cellule de mammifère exprimant un polypeptide du Facteur VIII dans des conditions pour l'expression dudit polypeptide du Facteur VIII, lesdites conditions de mise en culture mettant en jeu un milieu de culture cellulaire comportant un ligand au domaine C2, et b) à isoler le polypeptide du Facteur VIII exprimé de la cellule de mammifère par des moyens appropriés.
