A facing panel, in particular a plasterboard panel (2), according to the invention comprises a core (4) arranged between two cardboard sheets (6, 8). One cardboard sheet (8) has a substantially straight cutout (12) extending from one edge of the panel to an opposite edge. The invention also provides that the core (4) has a break (14) across its full thickness, and that the cardboard sheet (6) opposed to the cut-out sheet (8) is folded at approximately 180° along the break (14).
Une plaque de parement, notamment plaque de plâtre (2), selon l'invention comporte une âme (4) disposée entre deux feuilles de carton (6, 8). Une feuille de carton (8) présente une découpe (12) sensiblement droite s'étendant d'un bord de la plaque jusqu'à un bord opposé. L'invention prévoit également que l'âme (4) présente une cassure (14) sur toute son épaisseur, et que la feuille de carton (6) opposée à la feuille découpée (8) est pliée à environ 180° le long de la cassure (14).
