This invention relates to exterior building wall systems (10) utilizing multiple wall panels (11) forming horizontal and vertical wall joints (12, 13). Each individual wall panel (11) consists of an essentially flat exterior facing member (20) and four perimeter members (21, 22, 50, 50) structurally connected to the facing member (20). The design of the perimeter members (21, 22, 50, 50) and the combination of differential pressure seals (39, 41) and pressure equalization seals (37, 40) enable the system (10) to prevent water from infiltrating into the building. In addition, this invention is easily disassembled and saves much time and expense.
La présente invention concerne des systèmes de murs extérieurs (10) pour constructions faits à partir de multiples panneaux de mur (11) qui définissent des joints de murs horizontaux et verticaux (12, 13). Chaque panneau individuel (11) est constitué d'un élément frontal (20) pratiquement plat, orienté vers l'extérieur, et de quatre éléments périphériques (21, 22, 50, 50) à accouplement structural avec l'élément frontal (20). La conception des éléments périphériques (21, 22, 50, 50) ainsi que la combinaison de joints d'étanchéité adaptés à un différentiel de pression (39, 41) et de joints d'étanchéité adaptés à un équilibrage de pression (37, 40) permettent à ce système (10) de s'opposer à l'infiltration de l'eau à l'intérieur de la construction.
