This invention is directed to improvements in and relating to connecting apparatus. It is envisaged this invention will be used to interconnect, in series, conduits such as hoses used for conducting fluids and flowable substances, in such a manner as to obviate kinking which would otherwise impede flow through the conduits. The connecting apparatus includes a body (2) having at least an external portion (3) and at lest one internal portion (4). Both the external and the internal portions (3, 4) are adapted to engage with a distal end of the respective conduits being connected. Kinking of the conduits is prevented by 360~ rotation of the internal portion relative to the external portion in a fluid tight manner, without impeding the flow of fluid through the connecting apparatus or the conduits, even when high pressure fluids are being conducted.

Cette invention a trait à des améliorations apportées à un dispositif de connexion. Les réalisations selon cette invention permettent de raccorder, en série, des conduits tels que des tuyaux souples utilisés pour des fluides et des substances fluides tout en évitant un vrillage dont la présence constituerait une entrave à l'écoulement du fluide. Ce dispositif de connexion comporte un corps (2) ayant au moins une partie extérieure (3) et au moins une partie intérieure (4). Ces deux parties (3, 4) sont conçues pour venir au contact d'une extrémité distale des conduits respectifs en cours de raccordement. On empêche le vrillage des conduits par une rotation à 360· de la partie intérieure relativement à la partie extérieure assurant une étanchéité aux fluides mais ne faisant pas cesser le débit fluidique dans le dispositif de connexion ou les conduits, même si les fluides s'écoulent sous de fortes pressions.
