An integral, monolithic frame-membrane (10) is disclosed. Frame-membrane (10) has a semi-permeable membrane portion and integral therewith a frame portion (18) having one or more cavities (11a, 11b). Each cavity (11a, 11b) is juxtaposed to the membrane portion and has at least one fluid entrance conduit (13a, 13b) in communication with an entrance manifold aperture (12a, 12b) and at least one fluid exit conduit (15a, 15b) in communication with an exit manifold aperture (14a, 14b). The integral, monolithic frame-membrane (10) may be used in apparatus for carrying out reverse osmosis, diffusion dialysis, electrodialysis, Donnan dialysis, pervaporation, piezodialysis, membrane distillation, osmosis, thermo osmosis and electrolysis with membranes.
La présente invention concerne un membrane cadre (10) monolithique intégrale. Ladite membrane cadre (10) présente une partie de membrane semi-permeable et, intégrée à cette dernière, une membrane cadre (18) présentant une ou plusieurs cavités (11a, 11b). La membrane cadre (10) monolithique intégrale peut s'utiliser dans un appareil prévu pour effectuer l'osmose inverse, la dialyse à diffusion, l'électrodialyse, la dialyse Donnan, la pervaporation, la piézodialyse, la distillation sur membrane, l'osmose, la thermo-osmose et l'électrolyse avec membranes.
