A clamping arrangement (10) comprises a reaction member (16). Mounting means (12, 14) extends from the reaction member (16). A movable member (18) is mounted on and is guided by the mounting means ( 12, 14). The mounting means defines an engagement member (12B, 14B) spaced from the reaction member (16). Urging means (24) is operable via the reaction member (16) to urge the movable member (18) and the engagement member (12B, 14B) towards each other. On placing an article between the movable member (18) and the engagement member (12B, 14B), operation of the urging means (24) causes the movable member (18) to clamp the article between the movable member (18) and the engagement member (12B, 14B).

L'invention concerne un dispositif de montage par serrage (10) doté d'un élément exerçant une réaction (16) à partir duquel se dresse un organe de montage (12, 14). Un élément mobile (18) est monté sur l'organe de montage (12, 14) qui permet de l'orienter. Ledit organe de montage possède un élément de contact (12B, 14B) espacé de l'élément exerçant une réaction (16). Un organe pousseur (24) fonctionnant par l'intermédiaire de l'élément exerçant une réaction (16) pousse l'un vers l'autre l'élément mobile (18) et l'élément de contact (12B, 14B). Lorsque l'on place un article entre l'élément mobile (18) et l'élément de contact (12B, 14B), l'action de l'organe pousseur (24) force l'élément mobile (18) à serrer ledit article entre l'élément mobile (18) et l'élément de contact (12B, 14B).
