Disclosed is a method of regulating the expression in a human or animal subject of a nucleic acid sequence encoding a polypeptide which is immunogenic in the subject; the method comprising introducing into the subject a cell comprising the nucleic acid sequence encoding the immunogenic polypeptide, said sequence being operably linked to a drug-regulatable promoter; and altering the concentration of regulatory drug to which the cell is exposed.
L'invention porte sur un procédé de régulation chez un sujet humain ou animal de l'expression d'une séquence d'acide nucléique codant pour un polypeptide, immunogène dans le sujet. Ledit procédé consiste à introduire dans le sujet une cellule comportant la séquence d'acide nucléique codant pour le polypeptide immunogène, ladite séquence étant fonctionnellement liée à un promoteur pouvant être régulé par un médicament; puis à modifier la concentration dudit médicament agissant sur ladite cellule.
