A slow release granule composition for the delivery of one or more plant treatment agents is described. The granule composition comprises a zeolite core with a surrounding layer of diatomite and an outer coating. Optionally, the granule composition further comprises dolomite. The granule composition is particularly useful for the controlled delivery of fertilisers and nutrients to plants and as a soil amendment.

L'invention concerne une composition de granulés à libération prolongée servant à appliquer un ou plusieurs agent(s) de traitement végétal. Cette composition de granulés comprend un noyau en zéolithe qui est entouré d'une couche de diatomite, le tout étant recouvert d'un enrobage externe. Eventuellement, ladite composition de granulés comprend en outre de la dolomite. La composition de granulés selon l'invention sert en particulier à fournir de manière contrôlée des fertilisants et des substances nutritives à des plantes, et est utilisée pour l'amendement du sol.
