A water shut-off is provided in a hydrocarbon well by injecting a first chemical composition, viz. a relative permeability modifier, into the hydrocarbon and a water zone of the well followed immediately by the injection of a second chemical composition, viz. a flow blocking chemical composition, into said zones and, after a shut-in period for reaction of the relative permeability modifier, back producing the chemical compositions from the hydrocarbon zones to provide a path for said hydrocarbons from said zones whilst allowing the flow blocking chemical compositions to form the water shut-off in said water zones.
Procédé servant à couper un écoulement d'eau dans un puits d'hydrocarbures et consistant à injecter une première composition chimique, à savoir un modificateur de perméabilité relative, dans l'hydrocarbure et une zone d'eau du puits, puis à injecter de façon immédiatement consécutive, une deuxième composition chimique, à savoir une composition chimique de blocage d'écoulement, dans lesdites zones, et, après une période de clôture afin que la réaction du modificateur de perméabilité relative puisse s'effectuer, à récupérer ces compositions chimiques depuis les zones d'hydrocarbures, de manière à créer un trajet pour lesdits hydrocarbures depuis lesdites zones, tout en permettant aux compositions de blocage d'écoulement de créer la coupure d'eau dans lesdites zones contenant de l'eau.
