Processes for the production of a stabilised vaccine composition of labile immunogens, wherein a fluid comprising one or more immunogens is sprayed into a reactor containing fluidised particles of a pharmaceutically acceptable water soluble material at a temperature of about 25 ~C to about 50 ~C, such that the immunogen coats and is dried onto the particles under the fluidising conditions, and thereafter collecting from said reactor dried immunogen containing particles having a moisture content between about 0.1 % w/w to about 10 % w/w are described. Also described are stabilised vaccine compositions of labile immunogens.

Procédés de fabrication d'une composition de vaccin stabilisée à partir d'immunogènes labiles selon lesquels un fluide comprenant un ou plusieurs immunogènes est pulvérisé dans un réacteur contenant des particules fluidisées d'une matière hydrosoluble pharmaceutiquement acceptable à une température d'environ 25 ·C à 50 ·C, de manière à ce que l'immunogène recouvre les particules et sèche sur celles-ci dans des conditions de fluidisation; on collecte ensuite dans ledit réacteur les particules contenant l'immunogène présentant une teneur en humidité entre environ 0,1 % en poids et 10 % en poids. L'invention concerne aussi des compositions de vaccins stabilisés à base d'immunogènes labiles.
