This invention relates to an injection moulding machine and to plasticizing units in the moulding press of the moulding machine for moulding plastics and rubbers. The plasticizing unit comprises a screw and barrel, a compression zone and a plasticizing zone wherein the helical groove of the screw varies in cross-section such that the material is transferred from the screw into the barrel while being mixed and plasticized. Furthermore there is a short second zone in which the flow area in the barrel outside of the cylindrical envelope of the screw reduces from full area to zero area for the material to be returned to within the cylindrical interface of the barrel. The screw is axially movable for the injection action, such that the ram action of the moulding press is carried out by the screw itself.
La présente invention porte sur une machine de moulage par injection et sur des modules de plastification dans la presse à mouler de la machine de moulage pour mouler des plastiques et des caoutchoucs. Le module de plastification comprend une vis et un fourreau, une zone de compression et une zone de plastification dans laquelle la rainure hélicoïdale de la vis est de section variable, de sorte que le matériau est transféré de la vis au fourreau pendant qu'il est mélangé et plastifié.
