A syringe holder is designed to be thrown away after a single use with the syringe safely captive within. The holder has a barrel (5) into whose rear end a syringe (1) is entered until the rear flange (2) of the syringe seats in a socket (15). Then a gate (16) is hinged in a radial plane through a slot (14) in a thick flange (12) surrounding the socket (15) and snap fastens in a position obstructing rearward movement of the syringe (1). The syringe needle (3) projects forwardly of the barrel (5) and is shrouded by a sleeve (7) captive to the barrel and urged forwards by a spring (6). The sleeve (7) retracts to expose the needle during injection but afterwards, having moved forwards again, it can be rotated to snap fasten to the barrel (5) and be locked in its needle shrouding position. The sleeve (7) can also be adapted to remove a cap or sheath from the needle (3) when, before injection, it is moved backwards and then forwards.
L'invention se rapporte à un porte-seringue qui est conçu pour être jeté après une utilisation unique, la seringue étant enfermée de manière sure à l'intérieur dudit porte-seringue. Ce dernier comporte un cylindre (5) par la partie arrière duquel on fait pénétrer une seringue (1) jusqu'à ce que la bride arrière (2) de la seringue soit placée dans une douille (15). Un obturateur (16), qui est articulé dans un plan radial à travers une fente (14) ménagée dans une bride épaisse (12) entourant la douille (15), s'enclenche par pression dans une position empêchant le mouvement vers l'arrière de la seringue (1). L'aiguille de la seringue (3) fait saillie vers l'avant du cylindre (5) et est enveloppée par un manchon (7) enfermé dans le cylindre et poussé vers l'avant par un ressort (6). Le manchon (7) se rétracte de manière à exposer l'aiguille pendant l'injection mais ensuite, après s'être déplacé à nouveau vers l'avant, il peut subir une rotation pour s'enclencher par pression dans le cylindre (5) et être bloqué dans sa position d'enveloppement de l'aiguille. Le manchon (7) peut également être conçu pour retirer de l'aiguille (3) un capuchon ou une gaine lorsque, avant l'injection, il est déplacé vers l'arrière puis vers l'avant.
