It includes a lower tray with rotatory coil holders in "B" sense and a top tray composed of: fixed crown, plate and ring and disk. Said plate and ring define a circumferential track where coil holders run, and there is a sinusoidalgap where thread guides of lower coil holders run, crossing each other with the circumferential track. Coil holders are driven in "A" sense by pullers fixed to the crown and disk and provided with alternative stems guided by shoes or rollers introduced in tracks of the plate and ring; while a stem pulls a coil holder the others avoid the thread guides. When the coil holders of the top and lower trays run a circumferential path, a high number of revolutions is achieved.
