The improvements are applicable to connections of the type comprising a central body which receives, at one end, the terminal for connection to the perfusion container and, at the other end, the terminal of the duct carrying the catheter, so that the terminal carrying the needle is provided with external guide means arranged symmetrically with respect to the needle, in a position encasing the needle, and capable of being guided in the central body carrying the disinfecting element, which is joined to the parts which are connected, respectively, to the duct connected to the perfusion container and to the duct connected to the catheter in a leakproof and non-releasable manner, thus achieving improved guiding of the needle and a high level of asepsis in the connection.
