An in-building storage device and a discharge method. The in-building storage device allows a storage container to be easily taken into and out of the storage device even if a large number of storage containers are housed in the storage device and allows, by using a simple structure, a platform car for transporting articles to be moved in any direction. An underfloor storage device (3) of an in-building storage device (1) is provided with guide rails (31) mounted in a space which is a storage space in which an article is stored and is located below a floor (Y), the guide rails (31) being mounted so as to be slidable in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of rail bodies (310), a platform car (32) having a traveling section moving on the guide rails (31) and also having a platform car lifting section for vertically moving the article (10), and a suspending section (33) for suspending the article (10) at a height which allows the platform car (32) to pass through below the article (10).
L'invention porte sur un dispositif de stockage dans un bâtiment et sur un procédé de décharge. Le dispositif de stockage dans un bâtiment permet à un conteneur de stockage d'être facilement disposé dans le dispositif de stockage et extrait de celui-ci, même si un grand nombre de conteneurs de stockage sont enfermés dans le dispositif de stockage, et permet, à l'aide d'une structure simple, à un véhicule à plateforme pour transporter des articles d'être déplacé dans une quelconque direction. Un dispositif de stockage sous plancher (3) d'un dispositif de stockage dans un bâtiment (1) comporte des rails de guidage (31) montés dans un espace qui est un espace de stockage dans lequel un article est stocké et est disposé au-dessous d'un plancher (Y), les rails de guidage (31) étant montés de façon à pouvoir coulisser dans une direction perpendiculaire à la direction longitudinale des corps de rail (310), un véhicule à plateforme (32) comportant une section de déplacement se déplaçant sur les rails de guidage (31) et comportant également une section de levage de véhicule à plateforme pour déplacer verticalement l'article (10), et une section de suspension (33) pour suspendre l'article (10) à une hauteur qui permet au véhicule à plateforme (32) de passer au-dessous de l'article (10).
