A lighting system has a sealable housing with a lamp cavity, a junction box, a partition wall there between with the junction box being laterally from beneath a lens opening, a ballast assembly located from beneath the lens opening, and a closure to close an access port in the partition wall which includes a conical wall with a circular plate truncating the wall. The plate extends across the bottom of the housing and a vertically extending sealing flange receives the closure. A formed seal is positioned about a lens which extends inwardly to capture optic components beneath the lens. A locking ring is restrained from compressing against the mounting flange of the lens. A lighting system employing an LED board array and LED power control includes a heat sink beneath the board array extending downwardly to a radiator for transfer of heat from the array downwardly to the lamp cavity.
L'invention concerne un système d'éclairage qui comporte un logement scellable ayant une cavité de lampe, une boîte de jonction, une paroi de séparation entre elles, la boîte de jonction étant latéralement en dessous d'une ouverture de lentille, un ensemble ballast situé sous l'ouverture de lentille, et une fermeture pour fermer un orifice d'accès dans la paroi de séparation qui comprend une paroi conique avec une plaque circulaire coupant la paroi. La plaque s'étend sur la partie inférieure du logement et une bride d'étanchéité s'étendant verticalement reçoit la fermeture. Un joint formé est positionné autour d'une lentille qui s'étend vers l'intérieur pour capturer les composants optiques sous la lentille. La compression de la bride de montage de la lentille par la bague de blocage est limitée. Un système d'éclairage employant un réseau de panneaux de DEL et une commande d'alimentation de DEL comprend un dissipateur thermique sous le réseau de panneaux s'étendant vers le bas, vers un radiateur, pour transférer la chaleur du réseau vers le bas, vers la cavité de lampe.
