In-line skate covering device that has two uses: to disable and to cover the wheels, therefore allowing the user to walk, and containing the dirt on the wheels. The cover is made preferably of a thin, stretchy material. It is stretched over the in-line skate wheels, very similarly to a thin rubber glove stretched over the hand.
