Avian diseases, particularly those which threaten birds early in life, are controlled by embryonal vaccination using oil emulsion vaccines. The site of inoculation is the albumen end of the egg via entry through the air cell end of the egg.

On peut lutter contre les maladies aviaires, et plus particulièrement celles qui menacent les oiseaux au début de leur vie par la vaccination embryonnaire au moyen de vaccins à émulsion huileuse. L'inoculation s'effectue au niveau de l'extrémité de l'albumen de l'oeuf, à travers l'extrémité de la chambre à air de ce dernier.
