The polyol being terminated has at least one polyisocyanate in solution with at least (N-1)% of the solution comprising free polyisocyanate. N may be in the range 1.5 - 8. The polyol may be a branched polypropylene/polyethylene oxide copolymer.

L'invention concerne une composition adhésive de liaison tissulaire biocompatible renfermant un polyol de fonctionnalité N. Ledit polyol à terminaison comprend au moins un polyisocyanate dans une solution, au moins (N-1) % de la solution contenant un polyisocyanate libre. N peut se situer entre 1,5 et 8. Le polyol peut être un copolymère d'oxyde de polypropylène/polyéthylène ramifié.
