An in-situ method for repairing a thermal barrier coating (16) deposited on a component (14) that has suffered localized spallation including depositing a ceramic paste on a surface area of the component (14) exposed by the localized spallation, the ceramic paste including a ceramic material in a binder material, the ceramic material including solid zirconia particles, the binder material including a silicone compound. The method also including heating the binder material to yield a repair coating (40) that covers the surface area of the component (14), the silicone compound promoting the bonding of the solid zirconia particles.
Méthode in situ pour réparer un revêtement d'isolation thermique (16) appliqué sur une composante (14) ayant subi une spallation localisée, y compris un dépôt de pâte céramique sur une surface de la composante (14) exposée par la spallation localisée, la pâte céramique incluant une matière céramique dans un liant, la matière céramique incluant des particules de zircone solide, le liant incluant un composé de silicone. La méthode englobe également le chauffage du liant afin d'obtenir un revêtement de réparation (40) couvrant la surface de la composante (14), le composé de silicone favorisant la liaison des particules de zircone solide.
