An in vivo method for measuring the binding of chemical compounds or mixtures of compounds to skin constituents comprising: (a) choosing a desired site of any desired size on a subject's body; (b) exposing said site, the binding of which is to be measured, to the chemical compound or mixture of compounds by any desirable method; (c) applying a luminescent or optically absorbing probe/marker to the area that was exposed to the chemical compound or compounds; (d) measuring the luminescence or absorbance spectrum of the probe/marker on skin; and (e) determining the binding of the chemical compound or compounds the body site was exposed to from the luminescence or absorbance spectrum.
L'invention porte sur un procédé in vivo de mesure de liaison de composés chimiques ou de mélanges de composés de constituants de la peau. Ce procédé consiste : (a) à choisir une zone désirée de n'importe quelle dimension du corps d'un sujet ; (b) à exposer ladite zone, dont la liaison doit être mesurée, au composé chimique ou au mélange de composés en utilisant n'importe quel procédé approprié ; (c) à appliquer une sonde / marqueur optiquement absorbant(e) sur la zone qui a été exposée au(x) composé(s) chimique(s) ; (d) à mesurer le spectre de luminescence ou d'absorbance de la sonde / du marqueur sur la peau ; et (e) à déterminer la liaison du ou des composé(s) chimiques auquel / auxquels la zone du corps a été exposée à partir du spectre de luminescence ou d'absorbance.
