INCANDESCENT LAMP HAVING ENHANCED LIGHT DIFFUSION Abstract of the Disclosure An incandescent lamp having an outer envelope with its inner surface covered with an electrostatically deposited relatively thick light-diffusion coating and substantially all of its outer surface sandblasted is disclosed. The sandblasted and electrostatically coated surfaces cooperate with each other to provide an enhanced, diffused light output from the incandescent lamp.
