An inclination-compensating display device for a compass (100) is disclosed. The compass (100) has a magnetic field detection element (20) mounted inside the housing (100') of the compass (100) on a pivot (7). When the pivot is vertically oriented, the magnetic field detection element (20) can turn in a substantially horizontal plane. At least one spacer (4) is arranged in the housing (100') of the compass (100) to prevent the display device (30) from bumping against the housing (100') of the compass (100) when the housing (100') is inclined.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage pour une boussole (100) qui permet de compenser l'inclinaison de la boussole.
