The present invention refers to an isolated inclusion body comprising a polypeptide characterised in that the inclusion body is particulate in form. The present invention also refers to a bacterial cell comprising said inclusion body. The present invention additionally refers to a composition comprising said inclusion body and a eukaryotic cell. The present invention also refers to a composition comprising said inclusion body and an animal or plant tissue. The present invention also refers to the uses of said inclusion bodies as medicines and stimulators of cell proliferation and tissue regeneration.
La présente invention concerne un corps d'inclusion isolé qui comprend un polypeptide caractérisé parce que le corps d'inclusion présente une forme particulaire. La présente invention concerne également une cellule bactérienne qui comprend ledit corps d'inclusion. La présente invention concerne en outre une composition qui comprend ledit corps d'inclusion et une cellule eucaryote. La présente invention concerne aussi une composition comprenant ledit corps d'inclusion et un tissu animal ou végétal. La présente invention concerne enfin les utilisations dudit corps d'inclusion en tant que médicaments et agents stimulateurs de la prolifération cellulaire, ainsi qu'en tant qu'agents régénérateurs des tissus.
