The invention relates to novel inclusion complexes of Silybinin with a cyclodextrin selected from the group consisting of .alpha.-, .beta.- and .gamma.-cyclodextrin and a suitable derivative thereof and to the method for the preparation thereof. The novel inclusion complexes of Silybinin showed a highly improved bioavailability in comparison to Silybinin which makes them particularly interesting in the treating of various hepatotoxic conditions.
L'invention concerne de nouveaux complexes d'inclusion de Silybinine avec une cyclodextrine choisie dans le groupe constitué d'alpha-, bêta- et gamma-cyclodextrines et d'un dérivé approprié de celles-ci, ainsi que leur méthode de préparation. Les nouveaux complexes d'inclusion de Silybinine ont démontré une biodisponibilité grandement améliorée, comparativement à la Silybinine, ce qui les rend particulièrement intéressants pour le traitement de divers troubles hépatotoxiques.
